Yes, you can cancel monthly or annual memberships anytime from your member dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Ownership is a one-time purchase of an LLC unit giving you genuine equity in Pine Key TampaBay LLC. It includes all Annual membership benefits plus an official ownership certificate, shareholder voting rights, and legacy ownership. There is also a $39/year maintenance fee.
A total of 1,500 LLC ownership units are available at $1,030 each. As of the latest update, 337 units remain. Once all 1,500 are sold, no further ownership units will be offered.
