💰 How Booking Fees Work
Customers can always book directly with you — by phone, email, or your own website. We never get in the way of your existing business. There are zero fees on direct bookings.
If a customer books through our platform (the "Book Now" button on your listing), we charge a 10% platform fee on the booking total. That's it. You keep 90%, deposited directly to your bank via Stripe Connect. We handle the payment processing, customer agreement, liability waiver, and booking confirmation for you.
Tips from customers go 100% to you — no platform fee on tips, only standard Stripe processing fees.
